Our policies are designed to help our agents to sell more and to keep more. We pride ourselves on the fact that with us agents always come first. We know you work hard in the field and we work hard in the office. This type of teamwork effort ensures our mutual success and growth.

Here is a short list of Dynasty RE Online Policies:

  • All agents are paid 100% commissions minus a $495 Broker Fee per closed transaction. If your file is complete, your commissions check will be mailed or sent overnight to you the same day we receive the check from escrow.
  • We do not charge any monthly fees; our agent support comes free of charge.
  •  All agents receive detailed training and support on individual basis. We value your time and ask the same in return. If you call us for help or advice, please address your issue right away so we can expediently assist you.
  • Agents are responsible for properly submitted paperwork, if you have any questions regarding documentation, before you will decide to send us an incorrectly submitted form, call us, we will guide you step-by-step through the process. If you follow this rule, you will get your commissions faster.
  • We fully comply with all Federal and State Laws, all of our policies follow all guidelines and regulations without exception.
  • Upon approval of your application, we will provide you with digital artwork of your business card and a yard sign so you can start right away conducting your business as a Dynasty RE Online real estate agent.
  • To formally become a part of our team all the employment paperwork must be signed and forwarded to us.
  • We do not require anyone’s physical presence during our meetings. All new updates will be forwarded to your email address.
  • All new agents must acknowledge their understanding of our policies and introductory briefing in writing.
  • We offer Transaction Coordination Services to all agents at $245 per transaction.
  • The E&O Insurance is paid per transaction at $125.
